Just a thought to expand on your Coke ‘Share with friend’ campaign. Years ago chocolate bar manufacturers came under fire for selling super-sized bars (Mars Kingsize etc). Cadburies wriggled off the hook my claiming that because their bars were designed to be broken into pieces they were therefore for sharing, so they we’rent one single giant portion of Type 2 diabetes, but a bar to be divided in small portions between several people. Mars had to respond by converting their ‘King Size’ to ‘Duo’ – two bars in one packet and therefore claim that it was two servings.
I’ve noticed on the back of 500ml coke bottles they now claim on the nutritional bumpf that all the RDAs etc are in relation to a 250ml serving – which implies the bottle is for two people. So behind the overt social media ‘Share’ in the new ‘Like’ references theres possibly a second agenda
