It’s Answer Me This Episode 399 which means next episode will be Answer Me This Episode 400, so we not only want your QUESTIONS, we want you to send us your AMT memories. Did our answers to your questions helped or hurt your life? Did you made any friends through the podcast? Did you start your own podcast? What’s the weirdest place or oddest thing you were doing while listening to the show. Tell us all! Record yourself or write it down and deliver it to answermethispodcast@googlemail.com.

Today we learn about:

ball pits
pickled onion pits
the quantum mechanical reading of The Famous Five
secret filming when cameras were still enormous
learning to knit
tuning a church bell
knobbing
being lost in SeaWorld
cheetahs’ pet dogs
and
lashings of ginger beer.

In today’s Bonus Bit of Crap on the App – available for Apple and Android – we check in on the latest in celebrity ballpits, courtesy of Cara Delevingne (check out the video below).

  1. Marcus Caselles Says:

I’m sorry (for myself) to hear that you are hanging up the podcast. I’ve been listening for several years, though it took me almost a year to catch up to current episodes.
Thank the trivia gods that we still have The Allusionist, and now the Retrospectors.
Thank you for the many years of quality entertainment!

  2. Cvb Says:

Really sad you are ending this but you did give us whole shitload of quality fun for free for ages. Hope you all the best in the future.

  3. Luke Says:

Oh wow! I’ve been listening since the very beginning, back when I was at uni. AMT has been the background waffle to my adult life. Thanks for all the bullshit and the laughs. Lots of love guys, good luck with everything in the future x

  4. Jayne Paterson Says:

    Can’t believe this is it.
You’ve seen me through many years of.my barista job . Many years as a mum. Many years as a chef. And now you are retiring.
I’m so sad but if it’s good for you – all the best.
If you ever venture north to Hebden Bridge – pop into Mijo and ask for Jayne – tea and lunch is on me.
So sad you are hanging up your microphone but all the best for the future
